In any case, the product must be kept in its factory packaging and intact internally, as well as the original product document (invoice or receipt). When one of the following situations applies, the consumer is entitled to an immediate refund: The product received does not fully correspond to the product agreed with the company. In this case the transport costs are borne by the company. The product is not factory packaged and has scuffs\/scratches distinct on the device.
