The All Star Gas is a portable gas grill that can be used in many ways. What makes it stand out is its compatibility with many accessories, such as a stainless steel pan that converts it into a charcoal grill, spit slots, a side shelf that has a slot for a trash bag and more. In addition to the accessories, it has heavy cast iron grill and TRU-Infrared™ system, which prevents unwanted ignitions and has an even temperature throughout the grill, so that the roaster can take advantage of the entire cooking surface.

Char Broil's TruInfrared system

It is a system entirely made of stainless steel located between the burners and the grate. Initially it acts as a barrier, completely preventing those pesky flames from reaching our food. It quickly develops very high temperatures since it traps the heat and thanks to its specially designed holes, it spreads it evenly over the entire cooking surface, thus eliminating cold and hot zones. In this way, we use the entire area of our grill. The liquids and grease that fall on the hot surface evaporate instantly and return in the form of steam to our food, keeping it juicy and soft and thus making cleaning the grill easier than ever as grease no longer falls into the bin!

More resistant to time and wear than any other type of burner. They are the heartbeat of any barbecue as they produce and transmit the necessary heat through multiple holes, which allow the gas to escape in the form of flames.

Grates with lining

The cast iron grates are resistant to time and rust, they have excellent non-stick properties, are easy to clean and leave our food with intense grill marks. Cast iron has the ability to distribute heat evenly across its surface, thus providing us with the same temperature in all parts of our grill!

The temperature gauge on the lid is calibrated to accurately measure the average temperature in the cooking chamber.
