Α. PICK UP FROM OUR STORE.
You can pick up the products of your order directly from the warehouse of our online store and at the following address:
53 Sitemporon Street, Argostoli, Kefalonia, P.O.:28100.
Β. DISPATCH BY COURIER OR TRANSPORT COMPANY
www.electragora.gr sends your products by Courier or courier company to all destinations, at a cost that varies depending on the weight and volume of the product. Shipping costs are accurately indicated during the checkout process.
All white goods and air conditioning products are shipped exclusively by freight company.
All other devices are shipped exclusively by Courier.
For particularly heavy or bulky products, shipping costs may not be calculated based on the above criteria, but on a case-by-case basis and after consultation (by telephone or e-mail) with the customer.
For certain products and for certain regions, free shipping may be available. For these products and destinations the customer will be informed in time.
The expected delivery times for products, which are available in the warehouse of www.electragora.gr :
- Continental Greece : 1 - 5 days
- Island Greece : 3 - 7 days
Products marked "On Order" means that they are not available in the warehouse of www.electragora.gr and we will have to order them from the supplier company. We are not responsible if the product is in short supply in the warehouse of the supplying company or even if the specific model has been discontinued. In case the product is available in the warehouse of the supplying company, the expected delivery times are normally observed.
The products are delivered "on the pavement" of the address specified at the time of ordering (at the entrance of the house or apartment building). There is the possibility for the customer to request the transfer of the product to a certain floor after informing www.electragora.gr and accepting the additional charge from the customer. Otherwise, the customer will have to undertake the transfer of the product to a certain floor on his/her own and at his/her own risk. www.electragora.gr is not liable in the event that the customer receives the product in a faultless condition and subsequently the product is damaged during the transport process to its final placement point.
You can pick up your orders in two different ways:
- Shipment by courrier.
With this delivery method, you can only pay for your purchases by depositing them into a bank account at one of the contracted banks.
Before the shipment we will contact you.
Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped by us in 1 to 2 days with delivery to you the next (2 to 3 days) as long as it has been entered by 14:00 and of course the product is available in our warehouse (products with availability of less than 2 pieces may be out of stock before we inform the warehouse of our website) in this case we send it the next day but it may be delayed for the following reasons:
- The product has been delayed to be shipped from our supplier.
In such a case, we will contact you to ask you if you still want us to deliver the order to you.We will send you this item immediately after receiving it in our warehouse.
- The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available.
In the products that we exhibit in our online store there are some cases where the supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinued or not readily available. In this case we will contact you directly to give you all alternatives.
- In periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order
- In case it is impossible to contact you by telephone or e-mail.
If there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment because, for example, your details you have entered are not correct.
- If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled and you have paid the amount via bank account or credit card, we will contact you and refund the amount in full.
- In all cases we will contact you personally our goal is to keep you satisfied and safe.
A product is missing or not what I ordered.
If you are missing a product or something is wrong in your order please call us at 2671022363 so that we can find a solution for you immediately.
- If the mistake is ours, we take responsibility immediately and will send you the item as soon as possible at no charge.
- If it is a product that is not currently available in our warehouse, we will let you know when we expect it and whether there will be a possible charge for the transport.
