Description

Char Broil's TruInfrared system

It is an all stainless steel system located between the burners and the grill. It initially acts as a barrier, completely preventing those pesky flames from reaching our food. It quickly develops very high temperatures since it traps heat and thanks to its specially designed holes, it spreads it evenly over the entire cooking surface, eliminating cold and hot zones. In this way, we use the entire area of our grill. The liquids and grease that fall on the hot surface evaporate instantly and return in the form of steam to our food, keeping it juicy and soft and thus making cleaning the grill easier than ever as grease no longer falls into the bin!

Stainless Steel Burners

More resistant to time and wear than any other type of burner. They are the heartbeat of any barbecue as they produce and transmit the necessary heat through multiple holes, which allow the gas to escape in the form of flames.
