Internal protection of the boiler with double coating 150-600 micro set adds extra insulation to prevent heat dissipation and keep the water warm. The enameled surface is the result of the application of enamel (glass) on metal.

During firing at a temperature of 830 o C a bonding layer is created, which consists of enamel and metal. This combines the solid structure and elasticity of the metal with the hardness and chemical resistance of the glass. The boiler after double glazing 100% is protected from rust, because the water does not come into contact with its walls, ensuring that you will always have clean water.
